Hi, my name is Lindsey. I have over nineteen years of experience consulting, managing, and administrating Human Resources, Recruiting, Training, and Staffing. Over seven of those years have been in a virtual capacity. I run worldwide virtual and traditional teams in multiple industries of up to 2K team members at a time. I have a PHR certification from SHRM. I have excelled and have extensive experience in male-dominated industries like oil and gas, firearms, and tech. I love working for startups and small businesses, but I also work with large companies like Amazon, Stanley Black and Decker, and Sutherland Global. I also have experience as a mentor for the next generation of HR professionals. Specifically, I specialize in helping my clients to create sound HR and Recruiting departments and then help them to hire and manage the work of a JR HR professional in those systems.

I am a member of the American Business Women’s Association where I was awarded Protege 2016, Woman of the year 2017 & 2021, and Women of Excellence 2019, Top Ten Business Woman ABWA 2021. I was nominated for the Houston Business Journals Most Admired CEO of the Year Award and the Houston Small Business Association’s Woman Business Owner of the Year Award. Isabel is our HR Business Partner in Meadows Resources. She recently graduated from Texas Woman’s University with a Master in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resource Management. She performs all relatable human resources administration and management tasks for individually assigned clients in the areas of recruiting, marketing, policy/ handbook updates/ audits, consulting, and talent management. As well as manage personnel and operations of a Meadows Resources office location including mentorship, talent management, recruiting, terminations, marketing, payroll, personnel training, office facility management, managing location financials (AP/ AR), budgeting, and forecasting. In her free time, she can be found traveling the world and enjoying life, as she has lived in six different countries and traveled to many more.
